Buggy

Here's the latest funny Rachel story.

Let me preface this by saying with our lack of rain recently some bugs have been coming into the house to try to find water. Yes, the house has been exterminated.



We were getting the girls ready to brush teeth and take a bath, so they are being herded into the bathroom. Eagle Eye Rachel spots a bug, BIG wood roach to be exact, behind the commode. Way behind and underneath the tank.



What does Rachel say? With a questioning look on her face "Ah, Oh, Buggy in trouble. Buggy in trouble!..." I looked to see what she was pointing at and yes the buggy was definitely in trouble.



Feet up. (So I guess the extermination stuff is still working, if a bit delayed)



She was very serious "Buggy in trouble!" was all we heard while getting them out of their clothes and into the bathtub. After she and Sarah were distracted in their bath, I quickly gave the bug a wet funeral (flush) when they weren't looking.



No, I didn't stop to grab the camera and take a picture of the dead "Buggy". Sorry.



Miss Spider's Sunny Patch Friends is one of the shows that Rachel likes (at least the intro music). "Be good to bugs" is the last line of the song.
